the return....

first of all.....here's an apology frm me as i was not using this space since a very long time....i'm saying as if i hav lots of readers waiting frm of next post or update, but still i felt like sayin it....

so, during this "very" long time....i did a few fantastic things that i never dreamt of doing ever in my entire life...i mean i can write a seperate post for each n every event, but i'll do it
sometime later for sure.....
tomorrow morning i have my CT (class test aka mid sems) for which i havent eve
n started studying n its 12:30 am right now.....i guess i'll carry on my tradition of studying or rather cramming in the bus on my way to college as always, for one more day.....
u knw its fun.....to just catch a glimpse of the topics in d bus, speeding thru the crappy village of nardaha n pacheda, and sometimes asking friends abt some topic coming in paper for sure.......they tell me along wid some weird diagrams, and after abt half n hour, i'm sitting in d exam hall, writing abt the same topic, abt 2-3 pages which is a lot of talent n progress if u see frm my eyes......
i guess most of the engineers who just manage their way thru these papers hav this talent.....or i'd say "Gift"....
n u knw what's the best part.....u get marks for writing that shit....i mean seriously, i get abt 40-50 marks for weaving a story out of nothing, but its just that my story has some technical terms thrown here there n almost everywhere in my answers......

since last few days, i was thinking abt saving time so i could do some studies....yeah "studies", now dont be freaked out, coz the studies i'm talking abt has nothing to do with my semester or my syllabus.....i'm just trying to read n study a few things frm here n there abt different technologies on computers, as thats gonna be my bread n butter after sometime till a very long time....so better be good in it.
the reason behind this thought is bcoz there are pros sitting out there in the market ready to cut u into pieces.....i dont mean literally but yeah, there are ppl who knw a lot, n these guys arent any working guys, but just students like u n me, n sometimes even juniors.....which makes me think, main aakhir kar kya raha hun yar....
u knw, when i'm sitting in my class.....i fell like i knw a lot of things, but as soon u step out into the real world, i suddenly realise that i stand nowhere among these ppl......n thats pathetic.

u knw, as someone said, its better to prevent n prepare than to repent n reapair.....n thats exactly what i wanna do wid myself.....i want to stop a lot of time wasting activities, and its not just that i'm saying but i've started practicing a few things.....
u may be thinking what kind of asshole is this guy who's talking abt stopping "time wasting activities", while he's doin one right now.....
but still, i'm learning.......
and abt the fact we all have...."aajkal time hi nahi milta"
someone told me long time back [and pp may make a guess whom i'm talking abt] that, hum sab k paas chaubees ghante hote hain, but un chaubees ko chhattees banana tumhe ana chahiye....

so now, its me signing off frm this space wid a few lines said by dr. kalam....

"Good decision comes from Experience"

But...

"Experiences come from bad Decisions".....

hav fun guys.....c u later....n do post ur comments, plz, i'll like it :)

Bathing.....a childhood adventure , now....... a 5 minute process

hi guys,
I request u not to get ur hopes high abt this post coz i feel that its title may be a bit catchy n interesting but after reading this, u may end
up finding some true crap .
Well , that doesn't matter anymore coz lyf is full of such stuff.

Frankly speaking , bathroom stories r well kept secrets for everyone. Hdden from the outer world. But i m writing them down coz i really miss those days.

So, i truly believe that in our childhood , everyone must have had the best moments of their day while.......... taking a bath.
This was something i was very fond of . I used to enjoy it . I loved it .

When i was a kid (really small) i used to play while i was in the bathroom. i used to make two characters out of my fingers, on the floor and used to make them fight against each other. Those characters were really dramatic. They did flips , back flips, jumps, they used to kick each other like jackie chan or bruce lee and i used to create the sound of punches n kicks (dhisooooomm) , and truly speaking........i felt adventure in it. As both of those characters were my own hands fighting with each other, one day i made the right one to win, and the other day , the left one.
When i think about it now , i feel it was really stupid. But thats how the childhood is.... stupid, embarrassing, idiotic, and totally weird.

I also used to hold my breath inside a bucket full of water.......i held a record of 53 seconds holding my breath inside a bucket(big deal...!!!!!).
But a few days back when i tried it agiain , i realised that the bucket is same ......... but i've grown up. i cant put my head inside the bucket, with my hand, holding my nose tightly.

i hold another record , which i'm really proud of............and can make many of u feel jealous of me(LOL). It was the month of december and i was in 2nd grade. Spine chilling weather and such dense fog that u can't see the 2nd next house from your door. In such drastic conditions, i made a gr8 record of "not taking a complete bath" for about 16 days.
Nobody at home knew about it. I used to step inside the bathroom , wash my hands and legs.....and my beautiful face. Then i used to sprinkle some water over the rest of my body and wet my hair. Then, dress up for school and i become a ..........."nahaya dhoya" ladka???
And i believe everyone holds such a record. Generally of one or two days but definitely
not as great as mine..........!!!!!!!!!!!

i Guess, since we all have grown up.........we all lost that innocence of childhood. that feeling of adventure in all the small small things of life. Adventure in crossing the road all by yourself............adventure in lighting a matchstick.............adventure in turning on the gas stove...............adventure in sitting out in the front seat of a scooter. Its just gone...........now i dont feel like that.......!!!!!!!!!!
Sometimes i feel i have really grown up...........like, grown "old". But may be this is the way life is. Taking a bath was just one small part of that lovely life , but it was an adventure for me ................but now its just a "five minute process".

From the last bench of classroom

Hey friends..
Today i'm in no mood to study.....
Perhaps this is the reason i'm writing this post from my frnds cell phone, sitting at the last bench of my class.
Since school i used to sit at the last bench. I share a kind of relation with this place.

i guess this is the reason that all my friends, whether in lucknow or raipur r last benchers.........!

u know, in the 1st semester, we founded a "not so famous" association called as "LBA" i.e. Last Benchers Association.
We were the founding fathers of LBA, and now i'm proud to see that many of us r continuing the Legacy.........!
right now sir is teaching 'deadlock' condition problem in operating system.
I'm continuously making an eye contact with him........
But mentally........ I'm as absent as i can be. Once our english teacher Smita ma'am told us that when our mind distracts for about a minute or two, and we start thinking about something else,.... like sea beaches n babes , then this phenomenon is called as "crossing the donkey bridge ". But right now i'm not crossing it, because in my mind i'm miles miles away from that bridge or from this class.

i wanted to tell u a very gr8 thing that
"Be physically present where u r supposed to. And Be mentally present where u like to "
I call it, freedom of mind and thoughts.

u know,I'm just trying to be careful so that ma'am don't get to see me.

sorry, i forgot to tell u that last class is over and now it is micro processors' class.

my friend is costantly asking for his cell as even he is finding it difficult to bear this class. He is one of my best friends out here, avinash. I m thankful to u bro for giving me ur cell for the completion of this great task.
Actually there was no need of writing this post but yet i wrote it coz i wanted 2 know how it feels like writing a blog while sitting in a class. i m feeling a kind of adventure in this. trying to eacape from ma'am's vision......

now i don't know what else to add. So i'm going to tell u some advantages of sitting on the last bench
1. U can be mentally absent, yet u get the attendance for that class.
2. You can always make an excuse that you aren't understanding anything because the board isn't visible or the voice of lecturer isn't audible.
3. You can always enjoy mid class meals while sitting at the last bench. As it is the safest place to do so, in class. Well i'd suggest you to have biscuits in class as they are good to eat and easy to share. But be careful while eating anything as there are always some hungry walrus sitting around you.
4. You can enjoy using internet , without any problem, uninterrupted, as this is the best time pass. But please be careful about what kind of sites you are opening.
5. You can literally stare at the "eye candies" of your class, and they would never even know about it. Its really great and the time passes so quickly that you wouldn't even realise, when the class is over.
6. Last bench is a world in itself. So sit there and explore the hidden facts that i haven't mentioned about the last bench.
you'll love it.

now i think i should put an end. i really feel nice sharing all these experiences with you all.
Thank you
bye,.......>>>>>

Kudiyaghaat

hey friends;

u know what, while i was about to start writing this post................., for one moment, i thought to keep the title of this post as "Meri dusri rachna"(i.e. my second blog). But i thought, There has been only one rachna in my life..........Ab dusri kahan se laun(sorry i meant to say that , from where the hell, would i get another"rachna"). bad joke.....!!!!!!!!
To know what to do when u encounter a bad joke, plz refer to parag's blog.............he’s quite good in telling PJ’s , so he also provides remedy for it...............!!!

But, then my eyes went to the URL of the webpage. and at the very same moment i knew what to write about.

i wanted to tell u all that i used the URL name as "Kudiyaghaat"
bcoz,

first......... i wasnt getting any desired name available and i wanted to keep it something unique and close to me or..............something that can be eventually related to me; and

second..... bcoz thats a place in my city(lucknow), where i love to be. its really something close to my heart.....i can spend a complete day just sitting over there. some of my frdns would definitely laugh at this or make fun of me, but the thing is that i really dont care about...........what they say......or think.....

for those of u who dont know what "kudiyaghaat" is?
its a 'kind of' marine drive of my city................lolzzzz
acutually its a place beside the ghaat(bank) of the river Gomti in lucknow......
over there, we (i and my friends) used to sit, and chat for long hours.........and we have spent some quality time over there(i don’t know about them, but atleast,.... i did)

And the reason i love that place badly is that there r so many sweet and sour memories , or a kind of marasim , which i share with this place.
(marasim means a “relation”)

But all those memories have one thing in common..............my friends!!!!!!

there is one weird story that i'd like to share wid u all bcoz after all it is
"my life-unplugged"

So one day, i think during the month of august or september, i wid some of my frnds went to this place "Kudiyaghaat".
we just went to visit the place as we used to have a lot of leisure time those days....
this doesn't mean that now we are very serious and busy. We are and have been the kind of guys who, not actually waste time but literally...........'kill' time.

so, i and one of my frnd (i dont want to name him bcoz he has played a negative role in this story!!! i will refer that guy as mr. x from now on) decided to have a dip in the holy water of river Gomti.

Its not that we are very religious and wanted any wish of us to come true.........
it was just that all of us loved to play and enjoy in water, under the wide blue sky...........we feel a kind of adventure in it !!!!
thats the reason we all go to Anandi(water park) atlest once a year!!!

coming back to the story;
and that day the river had a kind of rise in water level as it had been raining all these days. Me and X decided to move into the water but we were afraid for, one......we didnt knew to swim (and we still havent learnt to swim!!! True losers..)
and two........that none of the rest of our frnds, were joining us , as they were also afraid of the reason number one>>>

so holding each others hands we stepped into the water. this place has a staircase leading into the water which ends down, at a 6 ft deep floor. the floor was extremely slippery but we continued descending the stairs as we knew that its not very deep and when we stand on our toes inside water............. we manage to get our neck above the surface. so, u see it wasn't a very big deal for the two of us!!!

When we reached the base, we realised that the water level has risen up.......and it was difficult for us to keep our heads above the surface.......
for me it was much more difficult, as i was a very short heighted fellow those days.....
but X was about 3 to 4 inches taller than me.

inspite of managing his head above the surface, he found it difficult to stand as the floor was very slippery.
so in order to stand firmly, he held me by my neck............
here is the part where the negative role comes into picture........
when he held me by my neck, he was pressing my wind pipe (though unintentionally........but he was doing it).

Now just imagine the case, i m short heighted...............i dont know to swim......... standing in water on a slippery floor .............. and then this guy is holding me by my neck and i find it difficult to breathe................

i hope u must be thinking how worse can it get...........?
but there's more......!!!!

What i had in ma mind was that whatever happens, by the end i’ll manage to come out of water, by myself.
Around a minute or two passed, and i was still struggling inside water and, x not ready to leave me in any case.
i tried to swim but my efforts were worthless and so i looked,........hopelessly, towards my friends, standing outside the water.
I said hopelessly, bcoz even they didn’t knew to swim(losers!, like both of us......), and those shitheads were quite enjoying the show.
Well, if u see, it is quite enjoying, bcoz, how many times u come across watching two guys, actually idiots, around 17, drowing in seven feet water...............???
Rare case.............!!!!!

By this time, i lost all my hopes..............and thought this is my end.....!!!

Ok................ i’m faking it. I never thought that, but just wanted to write it, to add an emotional element to my story....!!!!

Then, there were two guys who used to live there, standing and enjoying our show. They called a man from nearby, who eventually offered a hand of help towards me, as.......... i was the one who was jumping up n down the surface of water, to look as if i needed his help, the most.....!!!! Actually, i really needed his help......!!!
For the first time, i was sure that i’ll be saved.......

But don’t forget the villain.................... Mr. X.
He was the one who was holding me by neck till then, and now also he wanted to get out of water first.....hell!

But the man who offered me his hand was a wise man, and he knew that “who” really needed help at that moment. He didn’t held x’s hand but held mine. He gave me support and helped me to come out of the water.

At last, both of us managed to come out of water, and thanked that man, for saving our lives.
I didn’t fought wid x bcoz, at that moment his life was also, at stake.

We went home on our cycles. But the worst part is still to come.......
The next day, when we went to school, i came to listen from some guys that i was drowning in water, terribly at kudiyaghaat yesterday..............!!!

The first question that came to my mind was that, who the hell has told these guys about that incident?
And then, I knew the answer right away. It was none other than parag......!!!!
Shocked isn’t it. But parag is very good in spreading stories.................trust me!!!
(hey plz don’t get the wrong perception that parag is x)

One of our frnd was shanu, who was also there wid us.
His parents r a bit strict about him, going out, wid us to such dangerous locations, as he is there “only son”.....!!!
At least, this is the reason which i believe.

So the next day when we went to shanu’s home. His mother started asking us about why we went to such a place, & why we even dared to step into the water, in the absence of any adult.(we were minors then.....)
Without letting anyone know, why we went there....???

Now all of us were quite astonished to see that, how the hell aunty came to know about it?
And we were wondering, who is the asshole who told aunty about that.......???
And this time it wasn’t parag.............!!!!!

Then who...................???

The question still haunts us....-#@$!%!!!!

It has been more than three years but we never managed to find it.
Since then we realised or started to believe that shanu is always under survillience and he’s followed everywhere in the city.

The end.....

Please keep in mind that the story i presented is loosely inspired from the real life incident happened to me...!!!
I have piled on as much as possible to make it interesting or rather ‘readable’.
I hope u guys liked my second ‘rachna’. And i just wish, u give a positive response by writing ur comments and suggestions.
Thanx....
Bye.......>>>>

Meri pehli Rachna(i mean my first blog)

hey frnds,
its the first time i m writing a blog so i dont realy know what exactly to write.
there r only two blogs i have ever read in my life...and both of them were from two of my best friends.
one was from bauddhik. he wrote a very interesting, awakening and enthusistic blog,...........after reading which u really think about it seriously!!!
and the second one was from parag.......and after reading his blog,.......... u'll be left wid no thoughts..........
trust me, coz it is filled of true crap but he does use some catchy titles. but that's the way he is.
i have always told him....if not, then i m telling u right now,..... that he's quite a good writer, and he knows how to compell the readers to read till the end.

But hey............. this is supposed to be my blog so why am i talking about these two idiots.
i guess, this shit happens when u try to write for the first time................ u dont even know urself what crap u r writing.......
and the 2nd reason may be bcoz i m very much attached to these guys.............

well while writing this blog i realised that things aren't that tough as they appear(here....... i m talking about writing this blog)
i remember a story about it, told in my class while sir was trying to motivate us to think "big".
so, sir asked us "how many of u want to start a business of your own or want to become a successful enterpreneur?"
about 4 to 5 guys raised their hands.
sir was shocked to see such a feeble response. he was confused bcoz he didn't knew that what these guys are doing here in an mba entrance preperation class, when they dont even dream of becoming a successful businessman.....
so, he just asked another simple question...
how many of u can paint?
again................about 7 to 8 students raised their hands.
he just said, that, if i would have asked the same question in a class of 3rd grade..............
all the students would have raised up their hands.
then he said, when i asked "how many of u can paint". did i meant to ask u to paint like picasso or michel angelo.....?
i just meant to say that if u were given a paint brush, some paint and a canvas then u would have painted something. whether good or bad or whatever..........

now i think u must have got what i m trying to say here........
if not then, i just tried to say that things are not as big as they appear..............
whether it comes to a business or a job or any damn thing in this world. just try to take initiative and have faith in yourself.
u will get success, not very soon but eventually........ yes u'll get it. i know it sounds bookish but yet it is a fact, hard core reality.

i think thats enough for my first blog.............i'll try to share some more true moments of my life next time.
and if u have something to suggest me so that i may improve , whether as a writer or as a human ...... please let me know.
thanks>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
